Our Origins

C&E Holistic Health Centre is a naturopathic health care provider in Ghana. Our mission i s to provide society-centered health care with excellence in quality, reliable and affordable service and access, in the right place, at the right time, every time. Our main aim is to eradicate diseases and restore quality health to humanity through a holistic approach. These brought a big question to mind as WHY? and HOW? 

WHY-eradicating diseases and restoring health? HOW-are these goals are to be achieved?

The WHY? - "The greatest gift one can give to himself, the family, and the world is his Health " Scientifically, optimal health is not base just upon the absence of diseases, but upon the living balance of the "whole" person. The Body, Mind and Spirit are integrated and inseparable. Holistically, there is a belief that the body is embedded with a sophisticated mechanism that serve as a defense wall to the  body which is the universal law (The Great Law of Life) that governs the body. Health is achieved with the treating the causes of the symptoms and disease - not just alleviating, masking, or addressing the symptoms. This becomes the sole responsibility for every individual to know the kind of choices they are to make when it comes to their health treatment and the kind of medicines they are to use. This is why C&E Holistic Health Centre stands to be an exceptional health advocator, advocating natural medicine as the vehicle to eradicate diseases and restore quality health to humanity. 

The HOW? "in1993, a study showed that 34%of all Americans - one in three people - had used an alternative therapy in the preceding years (remedies like vitamins, herbs, healing foods, massage, homeopathy, relaxation technique, and other natural treatments" More and more Americans are becoming to adopt the philosophy of natural medicine. This has motivated us more to conduct more research and have come up with remedies which has shown to be effective and proven to prevent diseases.

On the note to treat all other ailments, we stand to use our natural medicines such as Nutritional supplement, Botanicals (herbs), and other natural remedies.
